Before you call
Calls are answered right away unless we are in the middle of a job, in which case we return the call as soon as we can. WhatsApp messages and form enquiries are answered the same working day.
For simple, everyday jobs we can give you an indicative range. For installations, refurbishment or faults we prefer to see it: giving a price blind always ends in a quote that goes up, and neither of us wants that.
The town, what is happening and since when, and whether it is a home, commercial premises or a residential block. For faults, a photo of the consumer unit with the cover off tells us a great deal before we set off.
