Installation and repair of terrestrial and satellite aerials, door entry and video entry systems for houses, apartment blocks and residents’ associations.
If channels are missing, the picture breaks up or there is no signal at all, it is almost always one of three things: the aerial is misaligned or wind-damaged, the amplifier has stopped working, or the cable and splitters in the installation have degraded.
We measure the signal at the outlet before touching anything. That way we know whether the problem is on the roof or inside the house, and we do not charge you for a new aerial when what has failed is a three-euro splitter.
Installation and alignment of satellite dishes, LNB replacement, recabling and distribution to several outlets. Also retuning when frequencies change and the receiver is left without channels.
In apartment blocks we work on the communal telecommunications infrastructure: head-end, splitters and risers up to each flat.
This is one of the most annoying faults in a block of flats, because it affects every resident at once. We repair and replace:

In detail
New terrestrial and satellite aerials, with mast, fixings and alignment measured with an instrument.
Amplifiers, splitters, coaxial cabling and TV outlets.
Channel retuning after the digital dividend frequency changes.
Repair and replacement of panels, handsets, door releases and controllers.
Installation of video entry with a colour monitor and the option to divert to your mobile.
Communal telecommunications infrastructure, head-ends and building risers.
Going up on a roof to fit an aerial is not a job to be done with a borrowed ladder. We work with the proper protective equipment and with fixings in sound condition.
We also take the opportunity, while we are up there, to check the state of the mast and its stays: most winter aerial faults come from a fixing that was already suspect the year before.
Common questions
We tell them apart by measuring. If the signal reaches the wall outlet properly and the problem persists, it is the television or the tuning. If the signal arrives weak or noisy, the fault is in the aerial, the amplifier or the cabling.
In many installations, yes. There are two-wire systems that reuse the cabling of the old door entry, so only the street panel and the units in the flats are changed. It has to be looked at case by case, but it usually works out far better than chasing out the whole entrance hall.
Yes, we handle both maintenance of the communal installation and one-off faults in a particular flat. If the fault affects only one flat, it is a problem with the riser or the outlet; if it affects the whole block, it is at the head-end.
Yes, including steerable satellite dishes and equipment for occasional-use properties. In rural houses the terrestrial signal is sometimes weak and a higher-gain aerial or a masthead amplifier is needed.
